Instructions: Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots. Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you can do so safely.

At 740 pm cdt, doppler radar continues to indicate thunderstorms producing light to moderate rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to continue. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Shreveport, bossier city, haughton, greenwood, blanchard, stonewall, eastwood, fosters, keachi, longstreet, keat chie, ferguson, curtis, spring ridge, fillmore, cross lake, bodcau, kingston, loggy bayou and koran. Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the warned area.
